yeah i needed the little oval lights that are in the fender, not the corner lights/markers.
see what happened was i ordered some of those mhw crystal clear smoked markers and i don't like them. so kordd and i spent like all day yesterday taking apart my stock lights and i modded them myself. only prob was that one of the lenses broke while i was taking it apart.
anyways the paint came out really nice but the lens (the one that didn't break) has all kinds of scratches along the inside of the outer lip 'cause i had to use a razor blade to get them off. so when you put the lens back on the backing you can see all the razor lines and it looks like shit.
so i wound up just putting my mhw side markers back on. i also took out my corner lights and painted them black. they look pretty good except that while they were drying in the sun they blew over and landed in a bunch of dirt and rocks. so there are a few tiny pits but its hardly noticable. i put like 20 coats of color and 10 coats of clear and wet sanded it all down and they look good.
so yeah i think i'm just gunna paint my side marks (the oval ones) but instead of painting the mhw ones that i paid $40 and don't even like i want to get some stockers. so i'll make some one a deal if they want them.
