Yes, this is planned to come stateside. It is being developed as a more
competent competitor to the BMW 3-series. It is based on the A4's platform,
but is the evolution thereof. It is the next-generation of Audi engineering,

Supposedly we might be looking at a 4.2 liter FSI V8 in the S5.

I don't believe pricing has been released yet, but this car is intended to compete with similarly equipped BMW 3-series coupes.
You can likely extrapolate approximate costs from that information.

I'm gonna hazard a guess it will be 55-60k (for the s5)

The A5 shares the same chassis (and engine placement by proxy) as the S5.
