That too. Of course this city hasnt exactly had the best city planners, and i use that term loosely, mind you.
I worked out at DOT for about 6 months and trust me, their budget is so tight that they cannot effectively fix/plow the roads, and their planning isn't any better (MS Project was a big learning curve for them). I used to maintain the snow crew list and boy was that a joke.
Fuck it, I am buying a Jeep. I already ruined the shit out of my front spoiler this winter and don't have the $$ for a beater car.
i was just about to say this .. and if anyone wants the roads to ever be fixed than i wouldn't ask them for money to fix your wheels or else all of our budget for the roads would be going to peoples wheels. usually when it could have been avoided if they would have been going a little slower/the speed limit.
