Thats how long he is. I would like to introduce you to Adrian Joseph Acosta. He weighed 8lbs and 1.7oz. Lizette and I are thankful for a happy, beautiful baby. He was born at 10:57 pm on the 24th of August.

Child birth is definately an experience that you will NEVER forget. It makes you not wanna have sex for a while. I dont know why but it does. This also celebrates my 9 month anniversary back from my deployment.  :mrgreen:

Congrats.... take lots of pictures because they grow up fast. I have a 3 yr old and a 1 year old. It seems as if it was only yesterday when our 1 yr old was born on our bathroom floor.....

You want to talk about experience.... . my "mom" (who had just driven 22 hrs straight to visit) was the delivering doctor.... somehow, I was put on the birth certificate as the delivery nurse, hah.

I have heard alot of horror storiess about the mid-wives in L & D at Ft Carson... i keep telling my wife that if they wont admit her when she is ready, I am going to arannge it so they will be getting admitted to the ER...

We arent in the CS area anymore, He was born at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. It was a real nice hospital. All the nurses were real nice and caring. No complaints at all.
