These are mostly scams! check out the scam warning on Craigs List.

I am sure someone else has heard of these scams!

I had a guy call me using a internt based telephone company for the deaf (yeah... ok)... told me he would send me a money order for my beatup pickup truck. Said he would send 1500 over my asking price so I could get a shipper. Turned out to be fraud! Somehow, the sender can link to your bank account when you cash the suppossed money order check.

we'll see what happens.... the bank acct it's going into is empty and I don't even have the title to the BMW (that belongs to BMW Financial Services)..... once the money gets deposited, it will be transferred to them, once it clears through BMW FS., I'll ship it to him..

not necessarily, but I'm getting it gone, so I guess I'll get over it.... I wish I could keep it, but I have to choose between the 325 and GTI... The GTI needs more work, but it'll be fun.

Well, decided not to ship to Dallas.... someone came by this evening out of denver and gave up $200 retainer (assuming he provides the remainder within 7 business day). If not, I get to keep the $200.
