I don't eat corned beef. Ever.  Thousand island dressing... nope, won't eat it and you can't make me, I'm BIG.  Rye bread - MAYBE I'll eat it if that's all that is there, but only toasted with LOTS of sugar free jam.  Kraut... I tried it over the weekend camping, and, it wasn't the hell in a can I was imagining, but it wasn't something I am going to seek out to eat in the future either.

Mmmmm.... Ruebens are great, love sauerkraut, but it'll take me a bit to warm up to beef stuffs for a bit after the big artery in my brisket yesterday staring me in the face.  I worked all day on smoking it and the second bite I was attacked by an artery!
