For those of you who have not heard yet, VW of America is coming to the show, and they are going to have an absolutely killer display! They are also going to be selling these very limited edition tour t-shirts and keychains. The shirts will cost $15, and the keychains will cost $5 each. Like I said, these are VERY limited edition so do not think you can wait until the end of the day!

The display will include a slot car track, a small lounge area, and a a few other things that I will just save and let you see for yourself!

Just to clarify what limited means... 150 shirts (sizes unknown but I told them to favor L and XL) and about 75 keychains...

Visited the set-up when they rolled through my town. Pretty sweet, basically a mobile dealership minus the nagging salespersons. They brought 3 car tailers of new rides, had them all open so you could get in and see what they felt like. T-shirts arn't bad, just the hands look a little weird, they should have made them a less real looking and a bit more cartoonish.

Well we had to compete with Roswell to even get this stuff (not really much competition, but compete we did). They are taking a small portion of the display to Roswell, but we are getting the big enchliada.

I am trying to find out if there will be an Eos or the Mk5 R32 there... waiting for a call back.

Didn't see either of thoses cars up here but in talking to the guys, they said they rotate the cars around depending on the event/where in the US they are. EOS's in stock form are nothing special almost looks like the ol' Chrysler Sebrings.

Well, looks like i get to get up at like 6am to get to the show early and pick up the damn keychain/shirt. Not that it will fit me, but perhaps that will be more motivation to lose some fuckin weight eh ;-)
