Well..  I tore it down tonight.  The head is off.  The head is going to have to be rebuilt or replaced.  The valve seat is all fucked up.  You can move the valve all over from the valve spring side.

Mike I have a source with a rebuilt (it might even be new) head for the C1 with fuel injection.  I am sending you his contact information anyway in a PM because I owe it to you.

Don't fuss too much looking for reason why battery won't charge.  Start by replacing the battery.  It was holding a charge when I replaced the alternator, but barely.  I am sure it was fried by the fried regulator.

I had a little moment after you two pulled away with the 100.  Glad it is in such good hands!

Cool.  Thanks again Will.

I was going to start with the batt but also verify that when running I was getting 14.4V or close to that back to the battery (probably lower because of the length of battery cable and voltage drop).

I found last night that I am needing to order me 2 new radiator mounts also  (the rubber ones).  I wish I would have just done that the other night when I placed an order for that switch.

I know its horrible to say this but I was unhooking the exhaust from the manifold and was thinking there was pleanty of room there for a small turbo.. HEHE
