i don't like the idea. it looks kinda funny. i'd rather see a front engined coupe. the boxster shape is meant to be a roadster.

It looks odd to me.  Not exactly the best looking vehicle from Porsche.  Rather than trying to make it look more like the Carrera/911 line they should move it in another direction and make it a car of its own.

But the new 997 on the other hand is absolutely beautiful.  I think they got that one just right.
