The Roarfilter has a velocity highflow design to enhance airflow unlike anything else. It delivers more horspower and more torque because it can create pulsewaves that correctly coincide with the opening of the valves into the engine. The RoarFilter is heat resistant, because it's made of real 100% carbonfiber. Carbonfiber is an insulator and doesn't allow heat to radiate into the airflow stream. Thus the RoarFIlter can be mounted where the stock airbox was. Since it is located in place of the factory filter box, It is not affected by foul weather, like the problems associated with mounting a filter down low in the fender well. The RoarFilter is the easiest to clean and reuse. This unit uses a dual stage Reticulated poly, which flows better while trapping more dirt. All the big Euro tuners use this for filtration. A part of the filter removes easily and washes easily with simple biodegradable cleaners. No K&N cleaningkit is required.

I'm sure you are aware that round cone filters are made of metal screen and absorb a tremendous amount of heat especially if near the engine. Cone filters take away bottom end to give more topend? Why, because they suck from the side of the cone and airflow loses it's speed. No one will tell you that you will lose power! That is why some moved their inferior cones down into the fender.
Did you know that long pipe systems cause more rpm lag and do not give topend you'd expect! Why? The engine has to work harder to suck the air through the longer length.
But if short piping gives more power, do you move the filter further away or use a superior RoarFilter design? So don't delay, these under priced great deals won't last forever...
