I wonder if he notched the front fraim rail to clear the driveshaft.  My car wasn't nearly that low and my pass. shaft hit.  That and I was pretty much riding on my bumpstops.

Yeah, he forgot to add that the engine's internals were fabricated from Depleted Uranium.

Are my concerns there valid?  I know N20 has a cooling effect on the intake charge but uhmm  isn't that allot of combustion?

There isn't necessarily a rule that says you can't run Nitrous with high compression.

It's all about retarding the timing properly and running the proper N2O/Fuel mixture

I agree but a 100 shot seems high.  I would have guessed a 50 shot.

People fear nitrous because they don't understand how to use it and set it up properly.

I'm sure if set up properly (not saying this Rabbit is), that this motor could easily swallow a 100 shot

Um, NOS means, New Old Stock.
But nitrous might be cool too.

Good Lord... READ the shit!!

This rabbit is F-A-S-T. The engine is a 2.0L out of a 96' Jetta, with a 84' big valve GTI head. This engine with the GTI head, raises the compresion ratio to 11:1. I also installed a Autotech 286 cam, big bore throttle body and intake, 4 into 1 header, 2" exhaust with resonater and muffler, corrado G60 valve cover, 100 horsepower multi-port nitrious fogger system, rear disc brakes, adjustable suspension, and a 020 5 speed GTI transaxle. I have the suspension adjusted all of the way down right now, it will drag the A arms and oil pan like this. The interior is in good shape, as is the rest of the car. No rust anywhere, and very very clean. The only damage is on the drivers side where the front fender was hit. It was not hit very hard, and only the fender, grill, and turn signal were damaged. Ready to drive, and comes with a full bottle of nitrious. Mileage is unknown, mechanical parts are low mileage and in great shape.

Dude Nappy...  You are a raving lunatic.

Ok, it has nitrous.  My post was clarifying Jimmy's.

Relax jackass.

yeah nappy, I read it. So?

I was wondering if what he said about that block/head combo is true?  And does it bolt together or do you have to fabricate (ie: plug an oil passage here, make one there)

Nope, 2.0 16V headgasket is all you need to mate those two parts

This engine sounds so much like the mill in my old Scirocco it isn't funny. Only, the nitrous setup in the Roc wasn't multi-port.
