PLDC down to 2 weeks

I guess PLDC is down to two weeks until the end of the fiscal year.  Hopefully I've got seat this month to Hood.

Yeah and they are also now placing critcally short MOS's (E-4's) on the promotion list automatically when they meet TIG & TIS.

Lamo.... but I don't really give a rats ass.  That's what happens when nobody wants to live in Iraq..I mean stick around the military anymore.  

Now the quality of NCO leadership is going to diminish even further than it already has.

Yeah they shortened it when we got back from Iraq... everyone that had to go...went for 2 weeks, but I heard that it is not worth as many promotion points.

It has been 2 weeks for a while now... and that automatic promotion thing is BULLLLLLLLSHIT!!!!!!!

If that is the case I want my E-6 like right fucking now!!!

automatic promotion huh? sounds good in theory. i wish i could go from e-3 to .....e-8  haha. yeah the airforce has a program where they automaticly promote but its like 5 people per year on one base i think, i dunno. and u have to be a godlike troop.

It's not an automatic promotion.  You all know that an E-4 nonpromotable can stay in for 10 years in the Army.  Being promotable only changes that time to 15 years.  If look at the people who were just put on the list, they come from all sorts of MOSs.  They also get put on the list with 350 points.

And true PLDC isn't worth as many points if you do the two week course.  It's worth 4 points a week.
