Hypotheticaly speaking, if I were to turbo my rabbit while maintaining the 1.8 8V and then put a 1.8T bage on it would ppl make fun of me?

Its just a thought.

People would probably shake their heads at the badge..but it's your car so do what you want.

Personally I would not waste the money it would take to "properly" (in my opinion) turbocharge a 1.8 8V .. and even when it's done you'd be lucky to match the stock output of a regular 20V 1.8T... so basically what I'm saying is that you could swap in a true "1.8T", run some aftermarket software and be kickin' ass and taking names for probably less money.

what are you talking about. you can make 220 out a of a 8vt for way less than getting a 1.8t complete swap.

you should have just posted up this pic, it would have been easier

Well if its broke then I'd have to say that my damn 1976 Yugo with 1.1L 3cyl engine will beat it on both dyno and track.  See if your car can hang with 31 whp and a 60km top speed.  Yeah, didn't think so.  My Yugo es fast ya, weave traffic ya, verly fast indeed. So There stupid american.

ha ha lol, no seriously though, there is no vay your car can beat my YUGO.  In Siberia that is all we have.  In Siberian Army we even have Yugo Battle tank, turret is only cardboard and american drop bombs on them without being seen by our blender turned radar system but they still great tank.  They'll launc a rock as fars a gunner can throw.  So there, if your car even come close to passing my Yugo I'll just blow it up with cardboard cannon and turret.
