Or Circuit City... There was a thing in the paper a couple weeks ago about there being an Applebee's somewhere too. (Probably down towards exit 128)

Wow, this is good news!  Lowes is way better than the Depot.  And they are so big by the time that you acccount for the parking lot there may not be a Fountain anymore.  Tear it all down, that is what I say!

Circuit City is buiding a third store in COS this year. Supposedly, it will be further south than the store at Platte and Academy.
