When you were in High school (sooo many years ago  :P ) what kind of music did you listen to? What kind of music do you listen to now? Is it still the same, if not why?

In highschool I listened to much more alternative-ish, punkish music than I do now...  A lot of Green Day, The Goats, Pantera...  Pretty much if it was as angry or more angry than I was I was down for it. LOL

Now I listen to calmer music - unless I'm pissed, then Pantera goes back in the car!

ummmm.... I never listened to country until I met Sherri.... damn Texas women...

I also listened to a LOT more Top 40 when i was in high school, plus I was really into DCI and was always listening to the Top 12 CD's they put out. If you do not know what DCI is then I am not explaining it.

Now I listen to talk radio and rock almost exclusively.

Same thing - pretty much everything except country. Though my repertoire back then included more rap music...

haha, it used to be a lot of trance and the annoying stuff, but now it is more house and laid back lounge type beats.

Come on London...your age is showing...

Mostly Barry Manilow and Neil Diamond.  really hasn't changed.  Once in a while I get wild, then I break out the Milli Vanilli.  That's only  if I drink caffinated Pepsi, though.

i do listen to most of them now along with some mainstream hard rock such as Metallica.  still like hip hop and i have recently started to enjoy country, but not too much.

I listened to and for the most part still listen to just about anything although I don't really care for Country... I prefer old school country Don Williams, Charlie Daniels Band, etc.
