I told you guys about my adventures with one on the autobahn I am sure.  How it tops out at about 115mph and shortly thereafter smelled like a burning auto trans fluid?

i can't believe you rented a car and spent all that time driving when you could have had them shipped for $120 with insurance.

Not that it matters, but I spent less than 80 total and enjoyed meeting the guy. Plus it was the only way to ensure no shipping company fucked them up any worse. After getting my claim DENIED, I was not about to allow that to happen to anyone else.

The Focus was comfortable enough, it was just not a car I would ever own...

It was actually one of the easiest drives I have ever been on.. cruise control, a few good CD's and a few good football games on the radio!

Even with the just over 2 hour nap I took on the way home it was still only 13.5 hours round trip. Oh yeah, not to mention it doesn't really matter how dumb you think it was or not...  ;-)
