Wife will be gone on Friday and was thinkin' of smoking some ribs with all the trimmin's. Anyone interested? Also will be hittin' the Creek on Saturday, anyone's welcome. Still in the planning phase but if people are interested I'll make it happen!

Smoking was started at 1030am....gree t and meet will be around 4 (lol)...ribs and the Lucero famous red beans and rice with smoke sausage...if I remember I'll stop by the store and pick up some corn on the cob.
