not surprising they could never keep up with the demand for their products in stores so I'm sure a ton of parts stores dumped carrying their stuff which killed them

APC has sucked since inception - always the cheapest, cheesiest crap, then a few years ago got hit with a $350k fine for the illegal tailights it sold, etc.

You know, after working in the industry and for other small companies to see stuff like this happen. If people are just in it to make money, or really aren't good people, it will eventually catch up and bite them in the ass.
