multi piece wheels have rims, those things you posted are wheels... :P

I'd say no and no and no...

dont make your car look cheap by putting on cheap wheels. money would be better spent and your car would look better if you just did some custom work to the factory wheels...

i'm not going to be able to afford BBS's. i just wanted something a little better. those would be 16". i don't have a lot of choices with 16's.

Ok...let's get something straight.  That isn't chrome it's polished aluminum.  BIG difference in the cool factor.  Anyone can chrome a set of American Racing or Konig Tantrum Kung fu Ninja wheels.  Only true pimps will fully polish out a set of aluminum wheels.
