This is still in the car, and it is complete - with vents, controls, cluster, etc.  If you are thinking about this swap, this would be the perfect opportunity to get it all at once and not mess with shipping (easier for me too).  

It is black, but the ricer painted a few items red, should be easy to clean off.  

As a complete unit, I am looking for $200 (or $175 if you buy me a beer).  Bare dashes go for $100-125, and clusters and heater controls go for $100+.
