Thats Because it is..  VAG went together on the basic platform of the VW Toureg, Porche, and AUdi Q7 or whatever they are calling it..  

THey share the same frame, body..  Each Company just puts there own powerplant and interior in them..  and Fenders, Lights, bumpers ECT..

I like it!..

sad to say it is related to the VW and Porsche
 that it is one of the top most ugly cars that have ever seen
