19x8.5" ADR's are gone...as is the nav.

it was fun while it lasted

but the plus side is i have $1500 more in my account...whic h will already be gone by tomorrow morning.  :cry:

wait mabye i missed something 1500 for the wheels and nav.  I thought the nav would be 700 to 900 and those 19's i would have guessed 1500 for those alone.

haha, ADR's are cheapo wheels. cast iron wheels much like Flik's.

btw, it's t68 turbo from one of those cummins turbodiesels. you know, the ones that are as big as my upper torso

here's a pic update with what happened this weekend at home.

 first to go were the ADR M-Classics...thanks guys, you were fun while it lasted




then i took out the nav+...which was MUCH more useful than i had ever expected




but all the whining aside, i did get something else. Thanks to Ray for hooking it up

JLine 19x8 with staggered offset powdercoated metallic silver. rubbin like a mofo with 235/35/19 tires





hah, i always wanted to have a staggered lip so i could do this




unfortunately, God didn't like the fact that i got rid of my ADR's, and he punished me by doing this to the front drivers side less than 24 hours later






my guess is that the air thingamajig ruptured causing the wheel to lose pressure until it gave out and tore the tire to shreds. i'm now looking at having to buy a new tire and trying to find a place that can repair the wheel. what an emotional weekend.

yanno, the funny thing is, i bought the nav for 700 shipped, and sold it for 700 shipped. i got to use it for free the past several months.

besides, my buddy is helping me put a carputer in the car in its stead. which will have to wait until i finish with the turbo...and the wheel

i'm probably going to run right around 45 psi on the tires. i ran 50 psi on the pirellis, although stiff, provided pretty good treadwear and no bends on the adr's. let's hope for the best
