I recently found out about a drive-in down in Pueblo... who wants to go check it out?

i'd be game for this.  keep in mine last time I brought my MK3 to a drive in in Nebraska I got high centered tho.  Cause you had to pull up on these big "humps" to park and get the sounds thingy.  Humpin aint' easy.

Next weekend works for me, let's plan on meeting at the GTG and then rolling down (if the timing works) but they do not have showtimes posted that far out... I will give them a call and see what will be playing and when... more to follow.

Also, as far as the "sounds thingy" goes... most "modern" drive-in's broadcast FM so that you can listen thru your car stereo...

I have called 10 times... busy, busy, busy, busy, busy... I will try closer to showtime tonight.... this place is just off of east Highway 50, it is about an hour from the GTG to the drive-in, so bear that in mind...

I am going to start a list up top for those who want to go...

Me and Kat will go also(with Scott of course)!!  I hope the movies are cool that night!!  I wish it was the one on the 14th with Dark Water and Bewitched, both those look good!

Ok, here is the low down...

$7.00 per adult, kids under 12 are free

Gates open at 7:30 and the show starts at dusk, so we would need to leave at about 6:45 to get a good spot. You get to see two movies, but I was listening to a recording so we will have to wait and see what those two movies might be.

I am also working on a group rate, but I am not sure how that will go...

Well I cannot get in touch with these people, but I will continue to try. Based on what I have seen online, I can take a guess and say that the Dark Water/ Bewitched and Fantastic 4/ Rebound will still be there. The War of the World and Batman Begins ahs already been there fopr 2 weeks so I am not sure on that one. I will call again on Thursday and see if anything has changed.
