Most of you have been around long enough to know what this show is all about, but this year we are really stepping things up and adding events that we have never done before. That means we are going to needs LOTS of help with running the event itself.

At a minimum we are going to need 30 people to make sure all points are covered. Obviously that means we are going to need as many of you to help out as possible!

This will not be like last year either... Swank is in charge of all staffing issues, and there will be at least one staff meeting/ rehearsal before the show so a small amount of dedication is going to be required. This show is presented by us, and our club name is tied very closely to it, so we need to put forth maximum effort to making it a successful event!!!

As for picking jobs, no not really we need to assign folks to things they can handle, which means you will probably have a choice or two, but the bottom line is ALL of the jobs must be done one way or another!

People commiting early and keeping their word will definatly be allowed input on their jobs as long as it works out in the big picture. I plan on actually seeing the cars and possibly autoXing (doubt I will get to however) at this show so don't fucking stiff me on working your shifts.

(I will keep track of volunteers and will not hesitate to call out slackers publicly if not given good reason why you slacked)

Yeah kinda like running an electrical shop that was bid in the contract to have 9 electricians that only has 5 while prepairing for inspector general visit in another 14 days?
