Set of four German made Remotec alloy wheels. Staggered sizes - 16x8 fronts and 16x9 rears. Front offsets are 23mm, rears are 14mm.

Overall, very good shape, but the chrome on the lips is peeling off. With a strip and respray or powerdercoat and you will have some rare, good looking wheels.

If they were in better shape, I would ask much more, as Remotecs are pretty rare.

Those are amazing looking.... You need to refinish them yourself, and put them on a Greggearhead car!

Thanks - they are pretty cool, and even the 8s have some dish, the 9s have a solid 3" of dish.

Meh, I need to sell the wheels to finance the vehicles. Its a constant battle on what to keep.

If they could even come close to fitting on the Fox, I might. But I'd rather flip them and put the money towards something else. Got them in a trade I didn't have much in, so I just wanna sell them quick and move to the next thing.

I have another couple sets of new Porsche wheels too.....

Not sure - I would bet they would fit easiest on a Mk3 or Corrado, though. There's lots of meat in the mounting flange face, so it could be machined down a few mm pretty easy to get a bit more offset if you wanted, too.

Which ones? Remotecs are sold and shipped to Rotiform for redrilling. Compomotives are still in transit to me, apparently, so they are still for sale. I hesitate to set a price until I can look at them in person and clean them up a little.

FYI - they will be much more expensive than the 1 piece remotecs, being lighter, more rare, 3 piece and in better shape.

OK, the GOLD wheels (Remotecs) are 16x7 & 9, and are sold.

The BLUE wheels (Compomotive) are 15s and I think 15x8 & 9, but they aren't here yet, so I will have to wait until they arrive to give specifics.

OK, *FINALLY* got them in, 2 wks after I was supposed to.

Anyway, they are 15x7 & 8, with approx 4.25" and 4.5" backspacing, respectively. Hella light weight, and rolled, YES - ROLLED lips. This makes them really strong, even with the thinner, lighter shell material.

I'd let them go for $1500 as is right now, without cleaning them up. The Porsche guys go nuts for these, esp for track wheels. I'll ask $2000 for them on the Porsche boards.

I got them in late Fri night, dropped them in the shop, and that was it. I'll photo on Monday.

They are light-light weight, and bitchin. I half wanna keep em for the Fox. Prolly won't happen...

Yep, they're yummy. So much in fact that I'm seriously thinking of trying to find a way to buy them. Too bad I wouldn't be able to afford to use them on the car for awhile. I can see it now: "Honey, I know you've been wanting a new livingroom set for awhile and our tv is a bit long in the tooth, but just look at the awesome coffee table I just got from Greg!"

Yep, I would never do it that way. It costs about $200 to redrill, and $400 to fill and redrill. Flat mounting face means it wouldn't be a problem.

Lips were chromed, and it was peeling pretty bad, I wonder how he stripped them? Would be better polished.
