According to this thread the rear charger bracket just needs a little clearancing to fit around the TT blockoff plate.

yea cause i'll have to use the 2.0 oil filter flange but next to it is where a breather box was bolted and on the 2.0 the hole is fairly large where as on the G60 block it was a small hole alittle smaller then a freez plug hole . the mount will bolt up im just worried about stuff getting inside the block thru what little space there is....

i wont be able toget pics till next weekend the car is 50 miles away...

SMOKE you are a gaddamn genius.. this is what i was thinking but couldn't really see how to do it and i would have never thought that would be in the 2.0ltr...

i guess now i just need to find a shop to mill it down....

So thanks to smoke i know what i got goto toget this thing running..,

Need to mill down the bracket and block of plate to make it fit right for mounting....al so found out the G60 DP and the 2.0 DP are the same length so no need to swap or add any....

And does anyone have a G60 rear SC mount laying around i can buy want a extra one incase the shop fucks up the one i got....

So got the 2.0ltr bottom end together , ordering few remaining parts i need tonight hopefully i'll have it running this weekend plus post up some pics ,

Did how ever find out i need toget a higher BAR fuel pressure reg toget the full power out this setup....

I'm just gonna wait till i get the BBM stage 4 kit it has everything to round out this motor....

Yea BBM has been pretty helpful along with TT....so far no issues yet.... but once the motor is in then we will see...,

So the cars has alot of power but it kinda sounds like a subaru at idle plus under light low rpm load...the fuel milage blows..I unplugged the O2 sensor and the elms raised from 800 to about 950? Seems to run alittle better im gonna drive it home and see what happens ..... any one got a idea?

A sensor is hooked up wrong or possibly a vacuum leak. Don't know too much about the Digi 1 engine management system unfortunately.

Sounds like it needed a VR6.

so i think the O2 sensor is completly junk was gonna pull and clean it but that means dropping the exhaust , so i'm just gonna replace it.. And as far as the exhaust sound i guess its normal...

Yea would have made money if I didn't ave two households but that's a whole other story....

So. Unplugged the blue coolant temp sensor switched it with the black and the idle smoothed out...unplugge d the O2 and wow imagine that it sounds like a normal VW 8v... so I know what parts to buy cause it runs smoother and has. Better mpg but the HP is down......

Yea its runs great but drives like shit suspension is junk, and brakes are trashed... dont use it often
