Looks nice but push hard for a fast closing or you'll miss out on the $8k credit. They're talking about extending it but I wouldn't count on it.

its 3330 Kirkwood. Off Hancock and Drennan. Not a bad neighborhood. Im pretty stoked about it, cant wait to be able to do my OWN work in my OWN garage!!!

I won the offer battle today, YAY! So the closing date in our contract is 12 Nov. Before that all the loan finalizing deadlines and everything are no later than the 6th of Nov. The seller also requested a quick closing date.

So does this make me a Coloradian?

Well its under contract with me and the lender started the underwriting! What house is yours? AWESOME a VW neighboor. Brandon said he is going to be the pisser in the basement.

I am around the corner on Bridgewater. Unfortunately I don't have a basement so I won't have Brandodn over cause he'll wind up pissing in the pantry on my potatoes or something. Hope you get it. If you need help with the loan I know a great mortgage broker! Still can't believe he got me finacing.

My house might still be up for rent. The people thinking about it are not sure yet, they are waiting on some info from the military. If I dont have a firm answer by the end of the month I'll post it up and start advertising. (I've still got some stuff in it otherwise I'd do it now)

there is a new bill on the senate floor about extending the 1st time home buyers tax credit until june of next year.......if not then you need to close before the end of the month to get the $8,000.00 tax credit (does not have to be paid back if it is your primary residence for 3years (with exceptions to military personell)
