Clean indeed- just needs some loving attention in the "details" department!

No one? I must be out of touch on the pricing? Ive got more than that in it- maybe I'll just have to keep it.

To give you an idea, I sold my 86 a couple of months ago for $1500 and it was in similar or slightly better condition. Of coarse I was looking to move it somewhat soon and could probably have gotten a bit more for it. Here's a link to my old add. http://edition719.com/smf/index.php/topic,104048.0.html

BTW, I miss that car a whole bunch! You can't beat the old 8v GTIs.

Hmm- well It looks like I might have to keep it a while and drive it. I cant sell it for $1500- I might as well stay home and flush $100 bills down the toilet at that price.

Nice car you had BTW  :t-up:

Any interest at all- just drop me a mail. THX.

well... when you start fixing stuff on a 25 year old car, and even worse, start adding performance parts, you might as well flush 100 dollar bills down the toilet.... or just keep the car. I never expect to see money "invested" in my cars come back to me

maybe it would look a lil better and you could sell it if you did a single round conversion and put some orlandos on it and got rid of the steelies
