It's about 45 minutes from the I-25/I-70 interchange.

Oh that's right... you're the kid that had the 350 HP 1.8T with just bolt ons, right?

And APR software ... get it right  ;D

What does the worlds fastest 1.8T have to do with it?  ;D

I thought ian had the standard boltons and what not. If its just a stock engine w/ suspension and stuff, thats a bit different.

I don't think so... I seem to remember him mentioning the fact that he could get his car to XXX speed in turn 3 at PPIR on a basically stock driveline....

Ian... correct me if I am wrong....

I thought ian had the standard boltons and what not. If its just a stock engine w/ suspension and stuff, thats a bit different.

The motor is mostly stock, turbo and internals are anyways.  We've added lightweight pullies and flywheel, GIAC software, Samco hoses, custom FMIC, stock (ducted) airbox, A/C and secondary O2 systems removed.  We're dynoing at 226/261, corrected.  Most of the work has been in the suspension, and we've gone beyond bolt-ons as there is not a lot of after market support for the MKIV as a racing platform.  We've also gotten the weight of the car, empty, down to 2417lbs.  In terms of braking, except for the custom brake ducting, everything is bolt on (StopTech up front, ECS V2 rear).

3 years ago ~ish, I did one pull up at Bandi, it was 14.7 at 96mph and a 2.6 60ft.

Ian... correct me if I am wrong....

I'll hit 120~125 into turn 3 (actually, it's turn 5 that comes into the infield) at PPIR.  HPR I was running up to 130~135 on the back straight depending on the run I got out of 3.
