So after buying a new coil pack, plugs, and wires, and a used tail light from a buddy, the piece of shit is back on the road one more time....


Alittle help was required getting the new tail light in, so I used this:



Notice the old tail light, which amazingly, still had functioning lights.... Yeah.... it fell off the car when I opened the trunk....




Yeah... its not straight, or even close to clean looking anymore, but this car will soon be a VR swap donor.... And yeah.... I guess the old timer did use alittle more bondo then I thought he did... LOL

Crappy way to find that out. Still, the damage doesn't look too bad. A little bit of TLC and you could have it fixed at least as good as homefry's fix.

yeah... the picture doesnt do it justice, but the whole quarter panel is warped.... there is a 2" gap at the quarter panel and trunk lid.... I used a whole tube of RTV around the tail light housing to keep the flood out of my trunk next time it rains.....

The number 2 wire (the one that broke on install) was bad.... I told you that one wire would make the difference!

I would have that if only one cylinder was firing the engine would have still run, only like shit, as compared to not at all.
