Dave (scurvy) and myself will be at garden of the gods on WED around 5 :30 to go for about a 30-40 minute jog/run up in the trails....

anyone is welcomed to join us...we wont be running FAST..we will just be cruising..jogg in and talking....

I would join, but I dont think I would be able to keep up.  3 miles in 23 mins... I'd prob be looking at 2miles by that time frame...

I had not ran in like two years and went and did 3 miles on Peterson about 3 weeks back and ran it in 25:45. My feet killed me for a week afterwards. I may be down for a little jog or two a week. I may have to slow up my pace though; I think running that quick starting out after two years was too fast.

true..people just automatically jump into it.

last 3.1 mile race i ran (back in oct of last year) was along monument valley....

and it being my first race at over 6000ft i did well...

it was the colorado college classic 5k...and i ran the three mile split in 15:53.

which was about a minute slower than at sea level...since then i think i have acclimatized further to the elevation..so who knows now...
