I'd say w/m first. It raises the octane and lets you run cheap gas while keeping the engine clean and giving you a performance boost. None of the other things will do half of that, and for tuning a VAG-COM > any gauges that you're thinking of, but most of any tuning is taken care of buy chip tuners anyways... Don't worry about the turbo timer unless you're lazy and have money to blow.

Ya, what Chris said!  WATER METH! and it's on sale

Hell of a lot cheaper ($275) compared to if you bought it through the retailer. It's relatively easy to install. A couple of wires and some plastic tubing routed from your reservoir to your intake pipe.

Here's Ken's FS post;

Here's the site of the supplier and the Stage 2 kit Ken is selling (to the tune of $489);

And here's some installation instructions;

You either buy it from Snow Performance, they're up in Woodland park or you can order it off of their site, or use washer fluid that has methanol in it. Just check the ingredients of the windsheild washer fluid and make sure it has methanol in it. Washer fluid is usually (if memory serves me correct) 50% water, 49% methanol and 1% soap and works just fine for w/m injection. The "HEAT" stuff in the yellow bottles at parts stores is mostly methanol, and if you really want to mix your own it can work or you can order straight methanol which is usually a PITA to get a hold of. Just buy cheap washer fluid from Wal-Mart or order the "Boost Juice" from Snow Performance.

Ken giving you some kickback here chris?  LOL

He can buy me some beer and fried mushrooms at Will's if dude buys it.  ;D
