slap on the wrist?  okay, a murder charge is ludicrous.  so murder gets dropped in favor of manslaughter.  they plea it out because yes it was an accident and the chick doesn't see the inside of a jail and gets probation.  probation.  gotta check in with a p.o. and not break any other laws and not commit manslaughter again.  THIS WOULD BE A TOTAL WASTE OF ANY ONES TIME OR TAX PAYERS DOLLARS.  seriously, think about it.  isn't punishment meant to be corrective conditioning?  i guess putting her on probation or whatever will effectively teach this women to never ever make a mistake again.

point is is that the punishment should match the crime and provide effective means to prevent the crime from occuring again.

being a dumbass, who killed her own child through her retardedness, is not an intentional act. homicide without intent is called manslaughter, carries half the penalty of murder think 5-8 she is home ins 2.5-4 years and on probation for 10.

Someone said "Just slow down for 30sec". Here, I have a very good feeling many of the people that I described in my 1st post don't really care much if you stop or don't. If you don't, they'll get lightly clipped and sue your ass into the ground. And sometimes I think they just enjoy the opportunity to curse someone out, flip them off and threaten them.
