i usually never miss consecutive days....and hardly miss even one...but i havent ran a STEP since wed night...i am going today for sure ..just easy..maybe 30 min...

running?  fuck that.  only have to run once a year.  for my PT test.  but up until a couple years ago, i was kicking out 5 min miles.  boy how things have changed.

I'm down to go running, I need to get back into it.

I use to be decent, running 17:30 5k, but I was better at middle distance, 1:58 800m.  I have no clue how I would hold up now, that was 4 years ago I could do that, and have done very little since
