wouldn't be any worries there we both work for the gov her on carson me up in denver plus a direct depoist for rent is awesome don't have to worrie about sending money to someone every month

sorry man im poor, $795.00 is about all my budget could swing, maybe 50-60 more per month but thats about it.

That house is awsome, the back gate opens into the park area behind it. I used to live there! I had to move out when I went to Cleveland. Peter has put a ton of work into that house, and it is a quiet place to live. There have been quite a few evil genius car creations done in the garage. Nice to live on a clu-de-sac and have no houses behind you either. The bar at the Holiday in was a good spot to stop after work too.

Its a great place, nice and open. Hardwood on the first floor and the back gate opens into a park area... good for ragin' parties like when I lived there!!! Or not... $:-\$ Anyway the house is in a great spot for Pete, or Carson. I actually commuted to Schriever for two years from there without a problem. If you need a place, this is a great choice.

Yep, I bought it in August 2003. It needed a ton of work which is why it was on the market for about 2 years.
