I did this with my VAG, it took about 5 minutes and is really cool.  If any other B6 A4's out there (locally) would like me to show/do this for you let me know.

What I've programmed so far;

Windows go up when holding lock button on remote
Windows go down when holding unlock button on remote
All locks unlock after only pressing unlock button once!
All doors lock when MPH hit 10
All doors unlock when key is taken out of ignition.

This is too easy. From what I have found, this works on EVERY audi from 2001 up (maybe earlier, but I don't know for a fact). Even if the vag-com doesn't bring up the bubble for the adaption to the code, all you have to do is add "64" to the number already there. (note: always write your original number down before changing anything)

I did this on Claudia's "01 A6 and on my "06 A4.

I use the hell out of this feature, especially this summer since it's been so hot.  Whenever I walk to my car after work, I use the remove to roll down the windows to let all the trapped hot air out.

I freakin' love that vag-mod feature!
