I'll be coming into town late saturday. I can be there in the early morning to help set up as well. After the judging, I've got to leave around 3ish to be back up in Denver for work again.

I would recommend a Volunteer to manage the volunteers to allow the “decision makers” i.e. Nate and Carlos (or who ever happens to be doing the heavy lifting and planning) to cater to the ever changing conditions of the show more efficiently.

This Volunteer Manager (VM) would assign and support with answers and solutions to the volunteers that are parking, running registration booth, and Vendor assignments and requirements.

Thats a good idea pete. Someone mentioned that day of the show too (might have been you). Next year registration and volunteers will be more organized as we are going to have the volunteers come a day or week before the show, get trained on what they are doing (instead of last minute fly by the seat of the pants thing) and look for inefficiencies and snags that would come up day of show.

I have said that every year... but it only happened for real one time I think...

You got it; if I'm around to fill this slot I'll be pulling in plenty of micro managers to handle things. I'm all for helping, just as long as I don't have to do much
