The DATR planning commitee is looking for volunteers for this years show.
Here is list of basic things we need help with:

Setting up
Cleaning up
Parking cars
Admission of cars/gate
Registration
Booth work (ie tshirts, etc)

If you are willing to help day of show with any of these items the staff is going to need all the help we can get.
We are trying to get a bunch of voluteers so everyone only would need to give an hour or so of their time and enjoy the show the rest of the day.

So... whos with me?

I'm in. I've done gate work before so I'll take a morning shift there and of coarse setup and takedown. Is there going to be a pre-show meeting for volunteers?

Yes we will probably have a preshow meeting the day before. Maybe at the show site if poss or at the gtg if most of the volunteers are from the club.

I should be available to help out. I helped out directing show cars a few years back. Also helped clean up after Hurricane Scott

blew threw. Can't say I'll be there all day again this time, but I'll do what I can.

why yes I am a painter! just got in after working all day yesterday, got one painter and all out tools, jetted out to aspen and painted in aspen from 8:30pm til 7am and drove back. so far only a 32+ hour day. we have several crews running on multiple jobs all over colorado this week.
job we are doing=
aspen gap lastnite
parker red robin yesterday
cherry creek north face
dot maint building in kiowa
CU bolder
2 custom homes in flying horse and black forest, 7800sqft & 8500sqft
mesa and arogon schools in fountain
and that was just yesterday
tonite we will paint the gap in park meadows.

yeah Id say we paint.
just a little
actually dealing might be a lot less headache and labor!!!
might even end up with some 6 figure cars

I do need some judges but i need people helping park and clean up/set up. Im gonna put together a spreadsheet tonight so I can get everyone covered.

Like I said earlier Jen and I will take a morning shift at the gate and help with set up and take down. I would like some time to enjoy the show but Might be able to help out somewhere else in the day.

You'd probably do pretty good in the Audi forum since you seem to have good taste (one in a million in the audi owners world)
