ok if you want power out of a 3.0 you have 2 routes you can take...
1)
all motor...
pull the engine and have it bored/stroked, lightened, bladed, tefloned, polished, balance/blueprinted, raise the compression higher than the stock ~10.5:1. have the heads ported, polished and milled..... swap to a custom intake manifold with 1 throttle body & manifold per cylinder bank and a full tec4 EFI to fuel it, then add some custom long-tube headers and straight pipes.
do all that and you might see an additional ~100-125hp at all 4 wheels at sea level, but don't expect it to pull enough vacuum to idle at less than 3000rpm.
or
2)
you can have a custom twin exhaust made up at you local muffler shop... add a PES supercharger on it an call it a day.
gaining the same ~100hp and about $5,000.00 less and maintain some drive ability/reliability
